- Ensure on-site repairs at customer premises, complete service reports
- Ensure installation and commissioning
- Ensure the calibration and metrological verification of customer user equipment
- Be the technical reference for distributors
- Support the sales representative with pricing for maintenance contracts
- Support the sales representative in demonstrating complex equipment to customers
- Participate in weekly meetings: update on activities, difficulties encountered, suggestions for improvement
This list is not exhaustive!
- Degree in physical measurements or equivalent training
- 1 to 5 years of experience in technical support
- Good level of English
- Mechanical, electrical, software, and electronics knowledge
- Independence, rigour and customer service skills
- Bonus: chemistry basics
Founded in 1963, Normalab designs, develops, and manufactures laboratory testing equipment for various industrial sectors, including oil, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, cosmetics, and food processing.
NORMALAB began its activity as glassblowers, and continues to offer this service today thanks to our specialized workshop and our team’s extensive expertise.
The company has a subsidiary in Belgium, where all our devices are assembled!
Our technical department includes five field technicians in France and abroad, all managed by the technical manager. The technicians are responsible for ensuring that equipment operates correctly at customer and distributor sites, providing technical support and after-sales service, including installation, commissioning, training, and hotline support.
What we offer you:
- Permanent contract
- Annual salary (depending on profile and experience): €28,800 to €36,000

- On-site position with frequent travels
