Scientific glassblower (M/F)
You have first-hand experience and would like to join a team that’s always growing? We’ve got the job for you!
We are looking for a glassblower (M/F) to join our team of eight glassblowers. The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Manufacturing custom-made pieces
- Ensure that the sketch is followed in terms of dimensions and quality
- Carry out self-checks before putting items in the oven
- Check the parts after they have been in the oven
- Carrying out repairs and modifications
This list is not exhaustive!
To join our team, here are the requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in glassblowing
- Autonomy and rigour
- An extra bonus: knowledge of scientific glassware

Founded in 1963, Normalab designs, develops, and manufactures laboratory testing equipment for various industrial sectors, including oil, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, cosmetics, and food processing.
However, NORMALAB began its activity as a glassblowing workshop, and continues to offer this service today thanks to our specialist workshop and our team of eight glassblowers, who possess a wealth of expertise.
The company has a subsidiary in Belgium, where all our devices are assembled!
What we offer you:
- Annual salary (depending on profile and experience): €25,200 to €27,600
- Permanent contract
- Flexible working hours (with mandatory core hours)
- Target-based bonus (individual and collective)
- 13th month bonus after 3 years of service
